I need to know what to look for as I am going out to my first audit to quote an annual for fire protection.? - fire audit

Fire Alarm System
- The certificate is FAS?
- FAS regularly checked?
Automatic Fire Sprinkler (AFSS)
- Pipes and valves to control checked regularly?
- Fire hydrants outside on a private schedule ongoing preventive maintenance at least once a year?
- Are AFSS valves control water and air and water pressure checked weekly / periodically as required?
- Maintaining the AFSS to those responsible for irrigation, or a contractor awarded?
- The sprinkler system is protected by metal guards where exposed to physical damage?
- Is it a proper clearance maintained below sprinkler heads?
Fire extinguishers
- The portable fire extinguishers in sufficient numbers and types available?
- Fire extinguisher in a readily accessible installed?
- Fire extinguishers have current inspection tags?
- Fire extinguishers recharged regularly and noted on the inspection label?
- Employees regularly prepared to use fire extinguishers and fire protection procedures?
Door / Exit
- Fire doors not blocked open to?
- Are fire barriers in good condition?
- Are fire doors and shutters to open and protected against obstructions, including their counterweights?
- Are fire doors and shutter fusible up?
- The outputs are not secure and locked during normal business hours, or special events?
- The release marked exit signs illuminated?
