How real is depression during pregnancy? - real abort

I was on an emotional roller coaster ride ever since I discovered. I have tried to abort the child, but after 2 hours sitting in the office crying, I decided against it. I regretted that one degree each day. I do not think this is the best option for me. I cry every day I walk a child in the world, and I do not regret the interruption. My emotions are all over the place. Hormones? Depression? Frustration? It is, and I want to join a circus. I want this to end.
